Design & Structure Feature

● Process pumps has suitable structure for chemical industry, petroleum refinery, petrochemical industry as well as industrial plant afcilities and the ef atures are as follows.

 

1. Presentation of new direction for the use of process pump.
It adopted a solid design based on the major points in API 610Specification.

2. High efficiency and low stufing box pressure with its closed impeller, loss of flow arte, being occurred in the use of open impeller, is deceased to make higher efficiency, and loss of mechanical seal is minimized due to lower stufing box pressure.

3. Easy maintenance
- Its back pull-out structure allows repairing without disassembling of suction & discharging pipes.
- Bearing housing adapter free structure allows easy alignment maintenance.
- Wearing in the casing reduces maintenance cost.
- Labyrinth type bearing housing sealing allows longer lief span.

4. Maintenance of hydraulic radial balance Pumps with more than 4 ”of discharge bore are designed with double volute of the casing.

5. Stuffing box jacket Installation without welding porcess.

- For installation, it is possible to place suction & discharge port in upward, right & left direction due to the all-in-one structure of bearing housing and piping is easy to work.

- For the type of shaft seal, it is able to select a type between grand packing and mechanical seal according to the usage.

- It is designed and manufactured to make possible of a wide range of operations.

- It has excellent suction performance as the fluid flow is stabilized at the entrance of impeller.

- It makes less vibration and noise thanks to the structure of bearing support at both ends.

- It adopts ball bearing type to decrease end play in the direction of axis and no needs to supply oil.

- Balancing hole is formed on impeller to decrease axial thrust.
