Detailed Description
Design & Structure Feature
- It is suitable for large capacity, low lift pumping and pumping is possible within a wide range of flow rate without regard to changes in inflow load.- It has screw spin to transfer sewage upstream in semicircle concrete waterway and the main body of screw is supported by upper & lower part of bearings.
- The power is delivered in the order of motor, reducer, screw pump and composed of main body, reducer, motor, upper and lower bearings, deflector, and grease pump.
- Operating at speed lower than 100RPM, it is suitable for pumping of fluids containing fragile matters.
- It is free from concerns of damage to pump due to a longtime idling, and easy for handling of operation, and also suitable for remote operation.
- It is free from concerns of clogging even in pumping of fluids containing foreign objects such as solids, pieces of wood, etc. and no needs separate dedusting facilities.
